EPC/EP Bids Evaluation and Contracts Negotiations:

  • Detailed Analysis of bids received.
  • Guarantee & performance testing conditions evaluation.
  • Conducting clarification meetings with bidders.
  • Analysis of supply division list to define extent of local fabrication.
  • Study of Sub-Vendors and Sub-Contractor’s list to ensure quality of deliverables.
  • Specifying weighed criteria for technical & price evaluation of tenders.
  • Carrying-out technical & commercial evaluation.
  • Preparing final evaluation report with recommendation for contract award.
  • Contract negotiations participation.

Project Economics (CAPEX, Fixed & Variable Costs):

  • Investment Cost Estimate (CAPEX).

Establishing Design Basis of New Cement Production Lines:

  • Preliminary sizing of the main equipment and storage capacities.
  • Choice of production process and general layout.
  • Plant general arrangement.

Plant Conceptual Design, Layout
and Flow Sheet:

  • Project time schedule.
  • Flow sheet.
  • Plant layout.

Execution Phase:

  • Engineering Review including all Engineering Disciplines
  • Project monitoring & control
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
