Mr. El Nahas is the founder and owner of RHI. He has over 45 years of experience in the cement industry. He is a key leader in establishing modern cement plant operation and maintenance systems since the introduction of the dry process manufacturing methodology.
As a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Alexandria University, he started his career in 1975 as an engineer in the Arab Swiss Engineering Company (ASEC) in Egypt. He later became the CEO of ASEC for Manufacturing & Industrial Projects (ARESCO). Mr. El Nahas founded RHI in 2004.
Mr. Saleh has 30 years of industrial and managerial experience focused on the cement industry. He was a member of ASEC group’s engineering division in 1996. He joined RHI in 2005 as a consultant Project Manager for green field cement plants. In 2012 he became the Plant Manager for Arabian Cement Company (ACC).
By 2016, Mr. Saleh became ACC’s Chief Operation Officer. In addition, he also took on the role of General Manager for ACC’s alternative fuel subsidiary “Evolve” in 2018.
Mr. Saleh graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University in 1992. He completed a Project Management Diploma in 2009, followed by an Executive Master of Business Administration EMBA, in 2016, both from the American University in Cairo (AUC).
Mr. Al-Sharif have a strong talent management background, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing sound human resources models and systems for international organizations with an exposure to multisector with Saudi Aramco, LCC International, World Bank and NATCO Mercedes-Benz.
With more than twenty years of human resources hands-on experience; 10 years have been invested in cement industry with Italcementi and RHI. He holds BBA, Cairo University, who is SHRM certified as Human Resources Professional, SHL Certified Assessors, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Certified Practitioner by ABNLP, KPIs certified professional from the KPIs Institute and a member of the British Psychologists Society.
Mr. Kassab has over 35 years of experience in domestic and multinational organizations, serving in commercial, marketing, sales and technical assignments. He served in Egypt and abroad including Pakistan, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, UAE,
and Qatar.
Mr. Kassab joined RHI in 2009 after undertaking marketing of steel fabrication products at Kirby PEB, steel plate and pressure vessels at IBSF, and various other heavy equipment fabrication like kilns, ball mills at ARESCO. He is also experienced in higher management positions in FMCG production outfits.
Mr. Elkhawas began his career in the Oil & Gas sector where he served various establishments such as PICO Oil - Egypt, PICO Oil - Mexico, Compania Petrolera de Altamira – Mexico, PICO TECHNOLOGY – Houston. Since then, he has served within various corporate business roles such as Finance & Human Resources.
He joined RHI in 2017 as the Internal Audit Manager and became CFO in 2020. Mr. Elkhawas is a graduate from the faculty of Commerce in Ain Shams University, and he completed a Planning & Cash budgeting diploma in 2006 from The American Chamber of Commerce, followed by an MBA from The University of Nevada in 2014, as well as Lean Six Sigma in 2015 from The International Quality Federation.
Mr. Junquet has 32 years of experience in the cement industry. His experience covers activities such as process, plant performance, equipment design, engineering, plant construction and commissioning, plant operation, upgrades, conversion, fuels system, environmental aspects, etc.
Mr. Junquet started his carrier at POLYSIUS in France. Later, in the late 90s he joined ARESCO in Egypt to participate in the construction of new cement plants. He then became the Process Manager at the Arab Swiss Engineering Company, ASEC. He also worked as a Consultant for the Swiss Consulting Company “PEG”. Mr. Junquet joined RHI in 2005 as Process and Mechanical Manager. He participated in projects in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Europe. He graduated from the French National School “Arts et Métiers” in 1989.
